What your video & photo delivery says about you

My favourite part of CreateFu is the way client deliveries are handled. If delivery isn’t blindingly obvious and straightforward, you’re going to end up on the phone walking someone through their own gallery.

Whether it’s an expired link, a lost email, or a deleted Dropbox folder, it doesn’t matter, it’s still you who ends up as tech support.

It’s the same when you’re dealing with several people at the company you’re delivering to. Someone used the old file version, another person emailed you because they also need access to the gallery.

Usually this always happens in the middle of an on-site session or on a rare day off, so you just have your phone and barely any signal.

One account, one time setup

The first time someone receives a CreateFu share, they make a free account. This is the same account they’ll use when they receive a share from any videographer or photographer on CreateFu.

Every session you send them lands in the same place. No links to lose. And nothing to install if they’d rather not, it works just as well in a browser as it does in the app, just a little slower on weak connections.

Their gallery

Videos & photos are side by side in the sessions you share. Clients scroll, they tap, the video plays, and originals download when they need them.

While a session is still at the proofing stage, everything they see carries your watermark. Proofs look like proofs, so nothing unfinished gets accidentally used.

Favourites are one tap. You see the picks on your side, which mercifully replaces the email that starts “we like 8111, 8112 and 8000, but not the one where…”

And when they’ve made their pick you can either finish the edits and re-upload, or just toggle the proofs to finals, ready for downloading without watermarks.

Downloads of all sizes

Different people within your client’s business need different files. The designer wants the full-resolution originals, but the marketing manager wants something small enough to send in a message or upload to Instagram.

Every video & photo on CreateFu comes in a choice of sizes. And you can download either one at a time, a selection, or the entire session.

Upload the originals in the highest resolution you have, and know you’ll never be asked to resize or reencode them later.

Six months later

Your client hires a new PR agency. Your client simply reshares their sessions with them via CreateFu. You are blissfully unaware.
